About the role:
We're looking for a strategic HR leader to evolve our People function and be a key partner in building the future of Idego.

Responsibilities:
As a Head of HR, you'll have full independence and autonomy in shaping the HR function within our organization.
- Defining and leading the company-wide HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational values
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on organizational design, culture transformation, and employee development
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding
- Building, managing, and developing the HR team, ensuring excellence in daily operations and long-term planning
- Driving recruitment strategy, including employer branding, talent acquisition, and candidate experience
- Creating and managing the HR and recruitment budget; monitoring costs and benefits, and managing risks and opportunities
- Collaborating in building the company's strategy and growth direction
- Fostering a strong organizational culture and effective internal communication
- Identifying and implementing tools and processes that improve HR scalability and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with labor law in collaboration with other teams
- Analyzing people data and trends to inform business decisions
- Building a strong talent pipeline and maintaining long-term relationships with key candidates and alumni
Requirements:
- Solid and extensive experience in HR or People-related and leadership roles
- Proven experience in both strategic HR management and hands-on recruitment
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and modern HR best practices
- Experience in leading HR projects across multiple business units or functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Ability to combine business thinking with a people-first approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Delivery, Ops)
- Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
- English at C1 level (both written and verbal)
