AI and ML Engineer

Responsibilities

Idego is looking for a skilled and versatile AI Engineer/Developer responsible for creating and implementing AI-based solutions. In this role, you will utilize machine learning (ML) techniques, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP). This position combines a hands-on approach to technology with opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and developing solutions that address real-world business challenges.

An AI assistant to support rating report analysis
Implementation of an AI-powered chatbot for e-commerce applications
An AI HR assistant

Requirements

Strong expertise in Python for developing AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with popular AI and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools and techniques, such as spaCy and NLTK.
Proficiency in working with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Ability to design, build, and deploy APIs for AI models and solutions.

Nice to have

Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI frameworks, and machine learning (ML) methods.
Experience in designing, deploying, and running AI solutions using modern tools and cloud platforms.
Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, vector databases, and data embedding techniques.
Proven skills in organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or presentations on AI technologies.
