About the role:
We are looking for a Key Account Manager with focus on acquiring new clients to join our team. In this role, you will combine customer relationship management with a proactive sales approach to drive growth. You’ll manage existing client accounts, identify opportunities for expansion, and deliver exceptional solutions tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, as well as new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Validate and oversee the accuracy of reporting and settlements, ensuring compliance with internal processes and customer agreements
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding phases for clients, ensuring a smooth transition
- Manage the setup of teams and provide effective team management (e.g. 1:1 meetings, addressing daily issues, providing feedback)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales roles
- Strong understanding of the IT sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and teams
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal
